Return and Refund Policy

All the Hilton Hyman Healthcare products ordered can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Under the following circumstances, the product shall not be eligible for a refund:
1. If the product has been opened, partially used, or disfigured. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of delivery.
2. If the product is adultered.
3. If the product’s packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal is tempered. 
4. If non-returnable is mentioned on the product detail page.
5. Supplied accessories/freebies with the product are missing.
6. If the product does not have a serial number / UPC number/ barcode affixed at the time of the delivery. 
7. Any damage/defect to the product which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
8. If the product is damaged due to misuse.
9. Products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, covid products but not limited to masks and gloves, pregnancy/fertility kits, any other products but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc. Additionally, we do not take returns of certain items such as sexual wellness products, diapers, etc.
